Description
This role involves conducting end-to-end process and transactional audits in the compliance and quality area for contract teams. Responsibilities include organizing, conducting, and following up on compliance and quality audits with necessary documentation, creating scopes for audits, reviewing SOP documents to analyze efficiency and adherence to processes, and monitoring adherence to security and compliance guidelines such as Logical Security, Information Security, Personal Security, and contract quality guidelines. The role also entails testing the accuracy of process steps, reviewing and comparing trackers, bills, and credit notes with data in different systems related to Service Request Management, Billing and Credit, Inventory, Third-Party Cost Assurance, and Commercial towers. Identifying gaps in processes to reveal revenue leakage, inaccuracy, and inefficiency, generating audit reports, evaluating contracts, and setting up recommendations and action plans for contract teams. Follow-up on action plan completion, identifying future compliance developments, and rolling out appropriate compliance programs to timescales, including managing operational and service requirements. Additionally, advising key stakeholders on identifying current risks and implementing additional processes/tools for world-class risk management, as well as providing guidance on decisions related to compliance and risk. Skills required include strong data storytelling abilities, business acumen, and membership in a professional body such as the Institution of Engineering and Technology. The position mandates internal auditing experience, understanding of business priorities in the relevant area, knowledge of risk frameworks, and exposure to quality, regulatory, compliance, or relevant operational roles. Preferred qualifications include product and process knowledge, familiarity with Compliance System Framework Management, and relevant systems.,
