Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs on

  ISO 29001 Lead Implementer

  , both online and in-person.
• Develop, update, and enhance course materials, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
• Guide learners on the principles, framework, and practical implementation of

  ISO 29001 Quality Management Systems

  .
• Explain requirements of the standard, implementation phases, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement strategies.
• Conduct interactive workshops, group discussions, and hands-on exercises to improve learning outcomes.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest ISO standards, industry practices, and certification guidelines.
• Support organizations and professionals with practical insights on establishing, documenting, and maintaining effective QMS processes.
• Collaborate with training teams to ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Certified

  ISO 29001 Lead Implementer

  or

  ISO 29001 Lead Auditor

  (mandatory).
• Strong training delivery experience in ISO standards, especially within the oil & gas / petrochemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management principles, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Minimum

  3–5 years

  of experience in teaching, consulting, or implementing ISO standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learner profiles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing training content and QMS documentation templates.
• Consulting background in Oil & Gas sector quality management.
• Familiarity with other ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (added advantage).
