CompTIA Network+ Trainer


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CompTIA Network+ training programs through online and/or in-person sessions.
  • Teach core networking concepts including network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare learners for the

    CompTIA Network+ certification exam (N10-008 or latest version)

    .
  • Develop and update course materials, labs, assessments, and hands-on exercises.
  • Provide real-world examples and scenarios to enhance practical understanding.
  • Engage learners through interactive teaching methods and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Assess learner performance and provide personalized guidance or feedback when needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest CompTIA exam objectives, networking trends, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure high-quality program delivery and learner satisfaction.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • CompTIA Network+ certified

    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, TCP/IP, OSI model, switches, routers, wireless networks, and network security.
  • Minimum

    2–4 years of experience

    in training, IT support, system administration, or networking roles.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training (classroom or virtual).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learner groups.


Preferred Skills

  • Additional certifications such as

    CompTIA A+, Security+, CCNA

    , or related credentials.
  • Experience creating training content, labs, or practical exercises.
  • Hands-on experience with network devices, virtualization, cloud environments, and troubleshooting tools.
