IPQA Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated IPQA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves real-time monitoring of production activities to ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and product quality standards in our nutraceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct line clearance and in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging.

Monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform routine sampling and verification of batch processes.

Check documentation such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

Ensure proper gowning, hygiene, and cleanliness of personnel and equipment.

Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

Collaborate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for real-time quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: 0 to 3 years in IPQA (preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry).

Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality systems.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
