We are inviting applications for the post of IPD/ In-Patient Managers for a renowned multispecialty hospital located in Sangli-Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the In-Patient Department, including admissions, discharge processes, and bed allocation.
Supervise and train IP staff, including nurses, ward attendants, and support personnel.
Monitor patient care standards, treatment schedules, and service quality to ensure patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless in-patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee IP resources, including medical equipment, medications, and ward supplies.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience
