Required Qualification & Skill Set

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Electrical / Instrumentation

• Skills:

• IoT projects experience (during studies or independently)
• Microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, GSM, etc.)
• Arduino / ESP32 / Raspberry Pi or similar platforms

• PCB design, circuit debugging, and firmware development preferred (added advantage)



Internship Terms and Conditions

1. Stipend:

   Unpaid for the initial 6 months

2. Accommodation:

   Shared 2BHK flat provided only for non-local bachelors

   (food not included)

3. Work Mode:

   Full-Time, Work from Office

4. Performance & Conversion:

   Positive evaluation after 6 months may lead to

   full-time CTC ₹2.4–3 LPA

5. Extension:

   Internship may be extended by

   up to 3 months

   if performance does not meet expectations

6. Termination:

   Internship may be terminated at any point for continuous underperformance or conflicts

7. Internship Letter:

   Issued

   only after successful completion of 6 months

   .

   No certificate or letter will be provided if the internship is not completed successfully or if the intern leaves before completing the committed internship period

8. Working Days:

   Monday – Saturday

9. Leave Policy:

   1 leave per month

   .

   For final semester students, leave will be provided for exams and final presentations. No frequent leaves allowed other than academic requirements.

10. Working Hours:

    9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (including lunch/tea breaks)

11. Personal Equipment:

    Interns must bring and use their

    own laptop

12. Confidentiality:

    Maintain strict confidentiality during and after internship

13. Code of Conduct:

    Must follow company rules, discipline, and behavior policies

14. Conflict of Interest:

    No freelancing, secondary employment, or academic work interfering with responsibilities

15. Performance Reviews:

    Monthly reviews to assess progress and professionalism

16. Post-Internship Probation:

    6-month probation period upon full-time conversion

17. Company Property:

    Any devices, resources, or materials must be returned in good condition

18. Termination Conditions:

    Company may terminate immediately for misconduct or breach of policies
