We're Hiring: IoT Operations Lead (Industrial Applications)

Location: Dadra and Nagar Haveli | Full-Time | Industry: Manufacturing

We’re looking for a candidate having hands-on experience in IoT to lead our digital transformation journey in manufacturing. This role will drive end-to-end IoT implementation—from setting up sensors and edge devices to deploying cloud dashboards for machine monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Build and scale industrial IoT solutions from scratch to convert/build to a Smart Factory.

Work with sensors, edge devices (ESP32, Raspberry Pi), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Analyze machine data to drive smart insights.

Hands on with Industry 4.0 processes.

Collaborate with maintenance and production teams.

You Should Know:

IoT protocols (MQTT, Modbus), Python or C++, and embedded systems

Dashboards like Grafana, ThingsBoard, Node-RED

Industrial automation basics (nice-to-have: SCADA/PLC exposure)
