Position: IoT Coordinator Location: Kolkata Salary:20,000 Department: IT / Operations Role Summary The IoT Coordinator manages and monitors IoT devices and systems to ensure smooth operation, accurate data flow, and timely issue resolution. Works with IT, operations, engineering, and vendors to support IoT deployments and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IoT devices, sensors, and gateways. Ensure device connectivity, data accuracy, and system uptime. Support deployment, configuration, firmware updates, and diagnostics. Coordinate with IT, engineering, and vendors for issue resolution. Maintain documentation and compliance with IT standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in IoT or technical support roles. Basic knowledge of IoT systems, communication protocols, and networking. Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
