● Receive inbound stock deliveries from vendors and transport partners.
● Verify items against purchase orders — ensuring quantity, SKU alignment, and packaging integrity.
● Report any discrepancies or damages and coordinate resolution with the concerned teams.
● Create and maintain accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system.
● Tag, label, and allocate goods to appropriate bins/shelves as per UniSeoul’s protocols.
● Maintain inward documentation for audit trails — both digitally and physically.
● Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, and Store Operations to plan receiving schedules.
● Support warehouse zone movement, stock placements, and participate in periodic stock audits.
● Comply with standard operating procedures related to safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
