Invoicing Clerk

You will be responsible for handling Invoicing & Documentation tasks such as accurately inputting customer information, sales orders, and transaction details into the ERP system. You will coordinate with the sales team and warehouse to ensure the correct stock is dispatched as per the order, prepare GST-compliant invoices, and generate E-Way Bills for goods movement. Additionally, you will verify billing details, review invoices for accuracy, and maintain organized records of transactions and invoices. In the Reception & Administrative Support role, you will manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, maintain a professional reception area, schedule appointments, and assist with basic admin tasks like filing and data entry. You will also handle courier dispatches and mail distribution. Your key responsibilities will also include coordinating with customers for invoice-related queries, resolving discrepancies promptly, and providing support to other departments as required. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy, familiarity with invoicing software and ERP systems, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities are required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as good verbal and written communication skills, will be essential for this role.,
