Invoicing Clerk

As an Invoicing Clerk at Engage2Excel group, you will be an integral part of the Finance & Accounting Team in India. You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and enthusiastic environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and forward-thinking initiatives. Your work hours will preferably be from 2 to 11 PM IST, with the initial month involving a Night-Shift(6 PM- 3 AM IST) for training purposes. This is a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage invoicing operations by processing JDE invoicing batches accurately and efficiently across various E2E Group divisions, ensuring timely billing and approvals. - Maintain accuracy and compliance by creating and sending invoices and statements, issuing debit and credit memos, and ensuring updated client information. - Proactively resolve issues related to invoicing, freight, customs, and duties through ad hoc reporting and process clean-ups. - Optimize invoicing workflows by implementing new procedures to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. - Provide prompt client support by handling account queries while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you will have: - Associates Degree in Accounting or related field or 1-2 years of experience in Invoicing/Billing. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word & Excel) and the Internet. - JD Edwards experience is a plus.
