Hiring: Sales Manager – Invoice Discounting & Overdraft (OD) | FinAGG

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for

  invoice discounting

  and

  OD loan products

• Build and manage a strong

  Channel Partrner and trader network

• Generate leads through referrals, cold calls, and market intelligence
• Present product features and benefits to potential customers
• Liaise with credit, risk, and ops teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Work closely with telesales and internal stakeholders for lead closures
• Maintain a deep understanding of market competition and customer needs

Performance Focus:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Mentor junior sales executives
• Keep up with product updates, regulatory changes, and market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years in financial sales (esp. invoice discounting/OD)
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Strong knowledge of PID/OD products and compliance

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
