All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced Team Head Coach to manage the India U-23 National Team. Selected candidate will assist the respective team training programs and managing the team’s training/match activities to help create a competitive and winning team.

Key Deliverables

Create and implement training programmes to increase the general fitness, skills, and talents of the team. Develop effective game strategy to increase the team's chances of winning. Evaluate opposing teams and design strategies to counteract their strengths and flaws.Hold team meetings to go over recent games, strategize, and set goals.

Oversee the daily activities of the team, such as practise schedules, team meetings, and travel preparations.

Collaborate closely with team physicians and trainers to ensure that players are physically fit and injury-free.

Find new players and assess their potential for the team.

Manage the team's budget, which includes travel costs, equipment purchases, and other relevant costs.

Act as a mentor to players, offering advice and support to assist them in reaching their full potential.

Collaborate with the administrative employees of the team.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of AFC PRO Diploma

• Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience, at the national or international level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and motivational abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of football regulations, strategies, and tactics.
• The ability to lead a team while maintaining team unity.
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Be willing to work odd hours, including evenings and weekends.
