Role purpose

To manage CD IELTS test center operations end to end with 100% accuracy and complined.

Key accountabilities

Manage CD IELTS test center operations end to end, efficiently.To ensure systems are up and running at all times and regular health checks are performedHandling of test material & test related equipment securely100% audit readiness. Centre meets audit Global standards.Ensure the process and procedures are followed as per the IELTS guidelinesSpeaking tests are conducted as defined and as per the guidelines of IELTS & End to end management of speaking testCoordinate with the support office in Gurgaon in downloading the test day material & uploading the same after the testEnsure the test starts in time.End to end test management (Listening, reading, writing & speaking)Report any anomalies or doubtful cases to the compliance team

Required Experience

Any graduate with strong Oral and Written Communication skills with 1 plus year of work experience into operations.Technically sound to adopt latest softwareShould have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsHigh confidence, enterprising, high energy required for this role
