Investors Relation Executive

As an Investors" Relation Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to share selling, demat accounts, trading platforms, and market trends. Your role will involve assisting clients in buying and selling shares, educating them on market procedures and rules, and resolving any issues they may face efficiently. You will be expected to maintain a good understanding of stock market dynamics, key indices, and investor behavior. Keeping abreast of market updates and informing clients proactively about trading issues will be crucial. Ensuring compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations in all communication is also a key aspect of the role. To excel in this position, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support within the stock broking, trading, or financial services sector. A strong grasp of equity markets, share transactions, and trading platforms is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required, with knowledge of regional languages considered a plus. A customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset will be beneficial. The ability to work well under pressure, manage high call volumes during market hours, and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools are important. A background in Finance, Commerce, or related fields is preferred, with NISM Series-VIII certification being advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include hands-on experience with trading platforms or back-office support systems, the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients, and strong analytical skills to address customer issues related to stock transactions.
