Key Responsibilities

Investor Communication:
Handle queries from shareholders, debenture holders and rating agencies; maintain accurate correspondence records.
Registrar Coordination:
Liaise with registrar & transfer agents for share transfers, demat/remat requests, dividend distribution, and record reconciliation.
Regulatory Compliance:
Prepare and file statutory returns and disclosures under Companies Act, SEBI regulations, ROC, and listing requirements.
Stock Exchange and Depository Co-ordination:
Manage communications and filings with stock exchanges and depositories to ensure timely compliance and accurate disclosure of corporate information.
Meetings Support:
Assist in organizing AGMs, EGMs, and trustee meetings including notices, agendas, minutes, and e-voting processes.
Data Management:
Maintain statutory registers, shareholding patterns, and debenture holder records; track investor complaints and resolutions.
Governance Support:
Monitor regulatory updates, support audits, and ensure adherence to corporate governance and secretarial standards.
