Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and resolve investor complaints received through various channels.
  • Communicate effectively with investors, clients of brokers, and company shareholders.
  • Coordinate with brokers and companies to ensure timely complaint resolution.
  • Handle arbitration cases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to investor grievances and resolutions.
  • Conduct investor awareness and education programs in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and compliance documentation.
  • Support the ID section and ensure timely updates and reporting.

Skill set:

  • Strong understanding of investor rights and complaint resolution processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders including investors, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and arbitration procedures.
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing MIS reports for internal and external use.
  • Experience in planning and executing investor education initiatives.
  • Especially skilled in

    MS Excel

    for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Accuracy in documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to handle multiple complaints and tasks within defined timelines.
