Investor Relations Manager Internship in Vadodara

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assisting in the preparation of investor pitch decks, financial summaries, and other materials required for funding rounds. Coordinating communication with existing and potential investors, scheduling meetings, sharing updates, and tracking engagement status. Collaborating with various departments (tech, marketing, HR, finance) to ensure smooth cross-functional operations aligned with the founders’ goals. Conducting market and competitor research to provide strategic insights supporting the founders’ decision-making. Organizing internal and external meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MoMs), tracking deliverables, and following up on progress. Supporting operational management by helping establish internal processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely execution of tasks across teams. Managing the founders’ calendars, travel plans, documents, and confidential files with discretion. Assisting with special projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that contribute directly to company growth.
