Role Overview:

Investor Relations & Fundraising Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential investors (HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Institutions).
• Build and nurture strong investor relationships.
• Present real estate investment opportunities and close funding mandates.
• Create and expand a pool of reliable investors for ongoing and future projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and package investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, wealth management, or real estate investment.
• Strong network of investors with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
