Job Description

As an Investor Relations Executive at EcotradeInfisquare, a rapidly scaling AI-powered global trade and supply chain platform, you will play a crucial role in managing investor communications and fundraising activities. Reporting directly to the Financial Advisor (Fundraising & Strategy Lead), you will be responsible for engaging with venture capital, private equity, and institutional investors globally. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with investors, coordinating fundraising efforts, and preparing leadership for funding rounds. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of investors across various markets, including UAE, Singapore, US, and other global regions. - Actively engaging with investors, scheduling meetings, and organizing investor roadshows, conferences, and networking sessions. - Preparing pitch decks, one-pagers, updates, and quarterly investor reports to ensure alignment with the company's vision and financial goals. - Serving as the key point of contact for investor queries and providing support in fundraising execution. - Conducting market research, tracking global VC/PE trends, and networking within the funding ecosystem. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Consulting. - A strong global investor network, particularly in MENA, Singapore, and the US. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with high-level investors. - In-depth understanding of fundraising processes, including term sheets, valuations, and legal structuring. - Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fundraising processes simultaneously.
