Leadership and Advisory:Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives.Offer expertise in areas such as healthcare, technology, AI, business development, and finance.4. Stakeholder Engagement:Build relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to support company objectives.Represent Endorize in industry events and networking opportunities.5. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations or growth.Qualifications:Proven experience as a board member or senior executive in a healthcare, technology, or AI-related company.Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, telemedicine, and AI-driven solutions.Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze financial statements and understand the company’s financial health.Commitment to ethical governance and dedication to the company’s mission.Preferred Experience:Background in startups or early-stage companies.Experience in fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, or public offerings.Knowledge of US healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
