Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Ensure Daily processes and activities associated with the product are done in time which includes transaction feed update, masters and other feed file upload in the system
Ensure queries on calls and mails received from Direct clients and Business Partners are managed within timeline along with RCA
Build rapo and collaborate with External and Internal stakeholder for process improvement and process streamlining
Ensure accuracy of system and reconciled data along with MIS received in time
Manage and develop Team and ensure all process and activities are correct and completed in specified time
Take developments in processes and system along with UAT testing and live movement
Ensure communications, circulars and FAQs are updated on regular basis
Take initiative in gathering feedbacks through multiple channels and make system flexible to incorporate the same
Ensure accuracy and transparency of data
Maintain MIS on Daily basis and analyze in case of deviation
Undertake system development and process improvement
