Investment Manager

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory accuracy for all customers in the warehouse. Your primary duties will include monitoring and controlling inventory transactions, cycle time, cost, non-live inventory, inventory spoilage, cycle count, scrap, and troubleshooting inventory transaction variances. You will also be expected to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) when necessary. Your role will involve inventory reconciliation by comparing WMS data with physical stock, tracking inward quantity, order processed quantity, order cancelled quantity, and comparing these with available stock quantity. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycle counts and wall-to-wall counting for customers on a regular basis. Maintaining inventory accuracy at 99.65% and minimizing inventory loss to less than 0.03% will be crucial aspects of your job. You will also need to coordinate with internal and external auditors, design procedures to prevent loss of high-value items, and work towards reducing warehouse damages to inventory. Qualifications for this position include a graduate degree with strong analytical skills and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with various order processing software will be advantageous. Your role will require internal coordination with all departments and external coordination with relevant stakeholders.
