Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage relevant investors (VCs/family offices/industry funds/HNIs) aligned with agritech, cold chain and export-linked projects, and lead outreach through LinkedIn, email and investment platforms.
  • Prepare investment pitch materials including pitch decks, business plans, financial models, ROI projections and supporting grant documentation.
  • Schedule investor meetings, present project proposals, handle due diligence requirements, and coordinate term sheets, MoUs and compliance documentation through to closure.
  • Maintain and update investor pipeline CRM with weekly reporting to management and ensure quarterly/annual fundraising milestones are met.
  • Identify and acquire international B2B buyers for fresh/processed produce across UAE, GCC, Europe, UK, Singapore and other markets, and build strong commercial relationships.
  • Pitch our processing, pre-cooling, cold-chain, ripening and consolidation capabilities to importers, distributors, packhouses, supermarkets and private-label buyers, negotiating FOB/CIF quotations and terms.
  • Develop and manage a recurring export buyer pipeline, coordinate documentation and execution follow-through, and represent the company in relevant exhibitions/online meetings.
  • Conduct pricing and competitor research, prepare revenue forecasts and monthly dashboards, and support preparation of government grant/funding applications when required.

Performance KPIs

  • Number of qualified investor meetings per month
  • Investment commitments secured (quarterly/annual targets)
  • Number of validated export buyer leads onboarded
  • Export revenue generated per quarter
  • Lead time between pipeline to closure
  • Conversion rate of qualified investor/buyer leads

Required Experience

  • 38 years in investor relations / international B2B food/agri sales / fundraising / trade finance.
  • Experience working with exporters, importers, or global supply chains preferred.
  • Experience handling investor decks, ROI models, and deal closure cycles.

Skills Required

  • Investor outreach | Deal negotiation | Cold-chain knowledge preferred
  • International B2B lead gen (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade portals)
  • Pitching and presentation skills
  • Basic finance understanding (IRR, ROI, payback, cashflow)
  • CRM documentation, pipeline tracking
  • Strong communication & follow-up discipline
