Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sillod for an Agri (Spraying) Drone Operator. The Drone Operator will be responsible for piloting UAVs for agricultural purposes, including crop spraying and monitoring. Daily tasks include operating and maintaining drones, ensuring safety protocols are followed, collecting and analyzing data, and training other team members in drone operation techniques. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Drone Operator to join our agriculture technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate agricultural spraying drones for crop protection activities.
• Travel to various farm locations within Maharashtra as per the scheduled spraying operations.
• Coordinate with farmers and field officers for on-ground execution.
• Perform pre-flight checks and regular maintenance of drones and accessories.
• Keep detailed logs of operations, spraying data, and maintenance records.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and timely spraying as per farm size and chemical specifications.
• Educate farmers on basic safety protocols before and after spraying.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma (preferred in agri/technical field).
• Valid Remote Pilot Certificate medium category (DGCA-approved)
• Experience in drone flying or agri-operations is a strong plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Willingness to work in field conditions and travel regularly.
• Strong sense of safety, discipline, and professionalism.
