Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research and create market trend reports
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, and presentations
• Analyze financial statements and support due diligence for M&A and fundraising deals
• Collaborate with senior analysts and associates on live transactions
• Monitor capital markets and track economic developments
• Maintain internal databases, deal trackers, and financial models

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduates only)
• MBA (Finance)
• CA (Inter / Final)
• CFA (Level 1 or Level 2)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Understanding of corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
