IB Support: - Collaborate with the Investment Banking Head on executing private equity (PE) deals. - Conduct market research on various investment opportunities such as stocks, commodities, and other financial instruments. - Assist in preparing business models, pitch books, financial models, and deal structuring. - Participate in drafting valuation reports, transaction documents, and business plans to support deal origination, management, and closure processes. - Analyze financial data to create accurate financial models for valuations and forecast trends in the market.
