In line with our company's rapid growth, we are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate. Desired Profile: - Previous experience at an investment bank or equity advisory firm, with a solid track record in various transaction types. - Proficient in developing valuations for complex transactions across diverse sectors. - Possess exceptional research, quantitative, and analytical skills, particularly in interpreting market events. - Strong capabilities in research and analysis to identify Business Development/Networking opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and transactions effectively, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality deliverables. - Proficient in financial modeling and able to grasp critical deal terms. - Skilled in valuation benchmarking, including detailed financial analysis for trading and transaction comparables, modeling, valuations, and benchmarking for companies. - Capable of creating deal collateral such as detailed financial models, investor memoranda, valuation materials, data books with analysis and insights. - Experience in overseeing the due diligence process and establishing relationships with client representatives. - Familiarity with networking within the VC and PE ecosystem in India and overseas. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel. - Strong team player. Eligibility Criteria: - MBA Finance/CA qualification. - Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
