• Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, company valuations, and deal analysis with a sustainability focus.
• Sustainability & ESG Analysis: Measure and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into investment strategies.
• Investment Research: Perform detailed market research, sector analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and executing M&A, capital raising, and advisory transactions with sustainability-driven clients.
• Technical & Quantitative Analysis: Develop presentations, investment memos, and pitch decks to support senior bankers and clients.
