Investment Banking Analyst - M & A

Role Overview: As an AVP/VP in the Investment Banking Division focusing on Healthcare, TMT, and Infra Sector, your role will involve leading and executing M&A transactions, equity financing, and strategic investments in the specified sectors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate clients. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions, drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution, as well as provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute M&A transactions, equity financing, and strategic investments in the healthcare, TMT, and infra sectors. - Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate clients. - Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions. - Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution. - Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a strong focus on the healthcare, TMT, and infra sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing deals in the specified sectors. - Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.
