Description
As an Investment Banker specializing in fundraising at Muks Robotics AI Pvt. Ltd., your role involves structuring, managing, and executing capital-raising transactions for startups, SMEs, or large corporations. You will provide financial advisory, engage with investors, and oversee deal execution to ensure seamless coordination between clients and investors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop fundraising strategies tailored to clients' business models, stages, and valuation goals. - Determine the optimal capital structure including equity, debt, and convertible instruments. - Prepare and review term sheets, shareholding structures, and cap tables. - Perform financial modeling, conduct DCF and comparable company analysis, and evaluate precedent transactions. - Assess the company's financial performance, project future cash flows, and prepare investment memorandums. - Identify and engage with relevant venture capital, private equity, family offices, and institutional investors. - Conduct investor roadshows, pitch sessions, and maintain long-term relationships with investors. - Lead the end-to-end fundraising process, coordinate due diligence among legal, financial, and technical teams. - Negotiate deal terms, valuations, and support in documentation and regulatory compliance. - Advise on market trends, valuation benchmarks, and deal structures. - Provide strategic insights to help clients position their business effectively for investors and prepare industry research reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Commerce along with an MBA/CFA or similar qualification. - Strong foundation in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Capital Markets. - 2-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Fundraising Advisory. - Proven track record in successfully closing capital raise deals and exposure to financial modeling and deal negotiations. - Experience working with startups, venture capital firms, and private equity funds is beneficial.
