Qualifications -
-CFA Level I or II
-Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields-Prior experience in an Investment Bank or financial services firm preferred Key
Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on Fintech and EdTech companies
Support the company’s NBFC operations by identifying and evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions with other NBFCs
Assist in preparing and executing strategies to help companies pursue IPO opportunities Develop detailed financial models, valuation reports, and industry analysis Collaborate with management on investment strategies, due diligence, and fundraising initiatives Prepare investor presentations, pitch books, and research reports
