Closely work with the fundraising SPOC and assist him with all the data required from the stage of pitching to closing a potential Investor. 15. Coordinating with Companies Legal team with regards to new investor onboarding, documentation, term sheet signing and final agreements like share holder agreements and share subscription agreements.

Previous academic experience in writing research and investment reports would be desirable.

Must Role & responsibilities 1. Identify Single Family houses in public forums or social media or sheriff sale which are put for sale 2. Underwrite identified properties to find if they suit our need and place offer 3. Coordinate with Realtor, Seller, Title Company, Client, Inspectors, Vendors, Tenants, Government Departments, Construction Team, Agents, CPAs throughout the purchase cycle of the property and thereafter 4. Maintain property and corporate accounts in QuickBooks Online (AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Interco transactions, Settlements, Invoicing, Setup new properties or entities etc.) 5.
