Role & responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Provide tailored investment advice across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, bonds insurance, and real estate alternatives.
Develop and present financial plans and investment strategies to clients.
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to optimize returns.
Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
Cross-sell wealth management and financial planning services.
Meet individual and team targets on client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Masters or CFA preferred).
Proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial consulting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide objective, profitable solutions.
Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
