Inventory & Warehouse Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Material & Warehouse Operations Executive to manage quality assurance of materials and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure materials meet quality standards, maintain accurate inventory records, and support smooth operational workflows. A personal vehicle is required for material transport and site visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks of incoming and in-process materials to ensure they meet KSHM’s standards.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations and report them promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to reduce wastage and overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Transport materials as required using personal vehicle.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all materials.
• Proactively report operational issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and proactive work ethic.
• Must own a personal vehicle for material transportation.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools/software is a plus.
