Job Description

Role & responsibility

Ensure that Analysts are working all items from the Analyst Checklist (to clear problem areas, problem reports, ) correctly and with required frequency
Manage and coordinate the flow of work through the team so that metrics are attained on a consistent basis
Training, mentoring and development of employees on both the technical and non-technical aspects of their positions
Proactively identify and assess the impact of issues and deficiencies negatively impaction the department
Individual performance must be continually monitored and evaluated, with feedback provided on a routine basis
