Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Howrah. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. They will also handle staff management, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in driving store performance and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention abilities Excellent Communication skills Experience in inventory management and staff supervision Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous Prior experience in retail management preferred
