Role Overview: As an Inventory Supervisor at ProConnect, a part of the Redington Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to inventory control and physical inventory management. Your role will involve supervising inventory staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to optimize inventory processes and resolve discrepancies. This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise inventory staff to ensure efficient operations - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits - Ensure compliance with safety standards in inventory management - Coordinate with other departments for optimization of inventory processes - Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies using analytical skills - Utilize inventory management software and tools effectively - Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff members Qualifications Required: - Possess supervisory skills and experience in managing inventory staff - Demonstrate analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies - Have experience with physical inventory and inventory control procedures - Exhibit strong communication skills for effective coordination - Proficiency in inventory management software and tools - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the warehousing or supply chain industry is a plus Role Overview: As an Inventory Supervisor at ProConnect, a part of the Redington Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to inventory control and physical inventory management.
