Job Description

Oversee daily inventory operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper documentation, and compliance with organizational inventory control policies.
Monitor inventory movement, conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to minimize stock losses, shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials, smooth supply chain flow, and efficient utilization of inventory resources.
Prepare inventory reports, analyze consumption patterns, optimize reorder levels, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and storage standards while training and supervising inventory staff.
