Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the roll out of SP01 Inventory Management to all fully managed ships within the agreed time frame. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring the progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and supporting the implementation of inventory management processes on ships. Key Responsibilities: - Support the roll-out plan by liaising with the Ship Management Center (SMC) to set up and maintain the plan. - Agree on target dates for individual ships and monitor the roll-out progress. - Report progress to the project team and take necessary actions to minimize deviations from the plan. - Assist in setting up the ship storage hierarchy by briefing ships and providing templates. - Verify the correctness of the imported hierarchy and ensure it replicates correctly to the ship. - Monitor the transfer of target categories to new locations in the system. - Support the installation and operation of the mobile app by ensuring correct installation, assisting users with log-in, and acting as central support for any mobile app issues. - Coordinate with the mobile app team as needed and monitor stock transactions for accuracy. - Support lub oil inventory management by confirming the storage hierarchy, verifying stock transfers, and providing ongoing support to the Technical Superintendents (TSI) for inventory management.
