Job Objective: As part of the team, your role will involve managing the implementation of SP01 Inventory Management across all fully managed ships within the agreed upon timeline. Key Accountability Profile: - Support the implementation plan and collaborate with SMC to establish and maintain the rollout schedule. - Set target dates for individual ships and oversee the rollout process. - Provide regular progress updates to the project team. - Identify any deviations from the plan and take necessary actions to minimize the impact and adhere to the schedule. - Assist in setting up the ship storage hierarchy, brief ships on the setup, and ensure template compliance. - Verify the accuracy of the imported hierarchy and its replication to the ships. - Monitor the transfer of target categories to new locations in PAL. - Ensure ships understand the handling of obsolete stock items and complete FTI. - Review and approve the initial month-end stock take. - Coordinate with SMC Fleet Teams and monitor alerts for missing month-end stock take reports. - Provide support for mobile app installation and operation, including troubleshooting and liaising with the mobile app team. - Monitor stock transactions via the mobile app for accuracy. - Support lub oil inventory management, including confirming storage hierarchy, verifying stock transfers, and assisting with the month-end reporting process.
