Inventory Management Executive

As an Inventory Management Executive in the construction industry, your role will involve managing and monitoring material stock for various construction projects. You will be responsible for accurate inventory tracking, ensuring timely material availability, and facilitating smooth coordination between procurement, site teams, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update daily inventory records using Busy Inventory Software. - Track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation. - Coordinate with procurement and site teams to forecast and plan material requirements. - Monitor the movement of construction materials across sites and warehouses. - Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits. - Generate reports including stock, consumption, wastage, reorder levels, etc., and share them with management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory handling. - Liaise with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the construction industry. - Hands-on expertise in Busy Inventory Software is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and material management. - Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools. - Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
