Reporting To : Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across the organization. This role ensures that stock is properly tracked, stored, and replenished to meet business demands while minimizing excess inventory and reducing costs. The Inventory Controller will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize inventory processes and systems.

Responsibilities :

Inventory Management:

● Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.

● Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.

● Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Stock Control:

● Track and report inventory KPIs such as stock turnover, shrinkage, and obsolescence.

● Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of inventory items.

● Oversee stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking.

Process Optimization:

● Identify and implement improvements in inventory control processes and procedures.

● Work with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory

Reporting:

● Generate and analyze inventory reports to support business decisions.

● Provide timely updates on inventory status, shortages, and excess stock to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred)

● 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics

● Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Zoho) ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

● Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,846.72 per month
