Inventory Control Clerk

To manage, record, and track inventory movements accurately in the ERP system, ensuring efficient material flow, real-time stock visibility, and compliance with company procedures.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or goods in the ERP system
• Issue raw materials or finished goods as per production/dispatch requirement
• Maintain minimum stock levels, raise alerts for low stock, and support reordering
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits; reconcile discrepancies
• Accurately update stock entries, purchase receipts, delivery notes, and stock transfers in the ERP system
• Maintain updated records of all inventory transactions including batch numbers, UOM, and warehouse location
• Generate and share stock reports, GRNs, and stock ledgers as needed
• Coordinate with accounts and purchase teams to match goods with PO and invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
