Inventory Control Clerk

As an Inventory Management Specialist, your role involves managing, recording, and tracking inventory movements accurately in the ERP system. You will ensure efficient material flow, real-time stock visibility, and compliance with company procedures. Your key responsibilities include: - Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials or goods in the ERP system - Issuing raw materials or finished goods as per production/dispatch requirements - Maintaining minimum stock levels, raising alerts for low stock, and supporting reordering - Performing regular cycle counts and stock audits; reconciling discrepancies - Accurately updating stock entries, purchase receipts, delivery notes, and stock transfers in the ERP system - Maintaining updated records of all inventory transactions including batch numbers, UOM, and warehouse locations - Generating and sharing stock reports, GRNs, and stock ledgers as needed - Coordinating with accounts and purchase teams to match goods with PO and invoices You are expected to have the following qualifications: - Proven experience in inventory management or related field - Proficiency in working with ERP systems for inventory tracking - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory data - Excellent organizational and time management skills If you join our team, you will be part of a company that values efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
