**Role Overview:** Join Envalior as a Warehouse Executive in Japan and be a part of shaping the future of high-performance materials. Your role will involve overseeing warehouse activities in Logistics, ensuring safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment intersect to drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Receiving & Storage of Finished Goods:** - Receive finished products from production with proper documentation. - Verify quantity, batch details, and product labels before storage. - Store goods in designated locations, follow FIFO principles, and handle receipt & dispatch of Haz / Non-Haz waste. - **Inventory Management:** - Maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system and conduct cycle counts. - Assist during internal/external audits and monitor slow-moving and aging inventory. - **Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:** - Coordinate with dispatch and CSE teams for timely delivery of goods. - Ensure proper packing, labels, and shipping materials are available. - Supervise loading operations to ensure safe and correct material handling. - **Documentation & SAP Transactions:** - Generate and maintain dispatch-related documents. - Ensure timely and correct entries in SAP systems for Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, etc. - **Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping:** - Ensure warehouse compliance with SHE norms and maintain 5S standards. - Monitor product damage, non-conformities, and safety hazards. - Follow LSR, SHEQ principles, and maintain proper housekeeping and safety arrangements. - **Reporting & Other Responsibilities:** - Prepare and share daily, monthly reports on stock status, dispatches, and inventory accuracy. - Identify potential bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support continuous improvement activities. - Handle waste handling activities as required. **Qualification Required:** - **The Ideal Candidate:** - Ensures accurate and on-time dispatches for customer satisfaction. - Maintains real-time stock visibility through correct SAP entries. - Supports Sales and SCM teams with accurate data. - Helps reduce storage costs by managing slow/non-moving stock effectively. **Additional Details:** Envalior is a materials powerhouse formed by the merger of DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials, aiming to be a global leader in sustainable and high-performance engineering materials.
