Job Description

overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, storage, and monitoring of products. Plan deliveries Check the quality and quantity of goods received Identify and report any damaged items Perform regular physical counts of inventory and compare results to system records to ensure accuracy. Training and managing a team of inventory or warehouse employees. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Oversee the storage and handling of inventory in a warehouse or other storage facility. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and deliveries. Identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or shortages.
