Job Description

Seeking a Dynamic Inventory and Logistics executive for a D2C brand based out of Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily order processing across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the production team for stock requirements.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards before dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners for on-time delivery and resolve shipping issues (RTOs, delays).
Maintain accurate records and reports for orders, stock, and returns.
Work closely with the founders to optimize and streamline operations as we grow.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree, an MBA or PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus
1-2 years of relevant inventory and supply chain experience
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
Comfortable with hands-on work in a start-up environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and online order processing. know-how of Zoho books is a plus
