As a Manufacturing MP&L Specialist, your role will involve a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience in MP&L manufacturing functions. You will focus on driving effectiveness in critical MP&L sub skill areas like MFE/SMF, SCM, and Inventory for the smooth flow of operations. Your responsibilities will include benchmarking best practices, monitoring actions completion, follow-up, and KPI reporting for IMG plants. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your technical expertise in MP&L manufacturing functions to ensure the effectiveness of critical sub skill areas. - Drive benchmarking best practices and monitor actions completion for smooth operations. - Monitor and report KPIs for IMG plants. - Collaborate with the various MP&L skill engineering team to develop and implement AI automation reporting on KPIs. Qualifications: - Must have an Engineering Degree or Equivalent Bachelor's degree. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Manufacturing MP&L function MH/MFE, Kiting and sequencing, SCM, ECC. - Proficiency in Altryx development, Python, datamart skill, and SMART/SKS application usage. - Experience with shop floor activities. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues. In your role, you will also be involved in Plant Ops activities such as: - Leading and facilitating POGR (Plant Operating Governance Reviews) monthly with Plant & Regional MP&L managers. - Implementing key replication projects and Lean maturity model (LMM) score updates. - Tracking MP&L Safety GERT incidents and coordinating PCA actions implementation. - Driving innovation across MP&L skill teams and launching automation tools for plant processes efficiency. - Ensuring timely delivery of all Bailment Business case studies and leading Pre-BgB meetings. - Facilitating MP&L Headcount reconciliation and yearly Budget submission. - Ensuring IMG MP&L Audit Compliance and developing Altryx and Bot for KPI reporting. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Inventory Management activities including: - Understanding and mastering inventory concepts such as In-plant float, Opres, Variable float, Fixed float, etc. - Maintaining and updating Right Inventory inputs in CMMS. - Reviewing and challenging all Float/TT change requests and stockpile requests. - Optimizing all VSMs and engaging Cross Functional teams in developing Budget/Business plan numbers. Maintenance & Optimization responsibilities will involve: - Driving sustainable operation support for plant MP&L operations. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to MP&L operations. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement. - Deploying automation technologies to drive efficiency in MP&L plant operations.
