Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain
SCCM/MECM
environment for patching, application deployment, and OS imaging
Configure and support
Microsoft Intune
for modern device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
Create and deploy
Windows Autopilot profiles
, compliance policies, and configuration profiles
Automate tasks using
PowerShell scripting
and monitor endpoint compliance
Troubleshoot deployment failures and work with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint stability

Skills Required

Experience with
SCCM/MECM
, including software update groups, collections, and task sequences
Hands-on with
Microsoft Intune
,
Azure AD Join
,
co-management
, and
Autopilot
Good understanding of
Windows 10/11
,
Group Policies
,
BitLocker
, and
Endpoint Protection
Scripting knowledge in
PowerShell
is a plus
Certifications like
MD-102
